About the event
Fronteer Gallery is delighted to present the private view of our upcoming art exhibitions; ‘Rumours, Rituals and Relics' and 'Half Remembered / Half Forgotten'
'Rumours, Rituals and Relics' sees 6 artists look at local folklore, customs, witchcraft and folk horror. Each artist takes a unique approach to the subject, and as such the exhibition will contain photography, film, model making, painting and board game design.
'Half Remembered / Half Forgotten' will feature 25 UK based artists, each looking at folk tales, folklore and local customs through a variety of eclectic small scale work.
This Private View offers a chance to see both exhibitions for the first time, meet some of the artists involved and enjoy a drink or two; all for free. Hope to see you there!
Fronteer Gallery is an artist led gallery run by Sheffield based artists Michael Borkowsky and Sharon Borkowsky. Please be advised that Fronteer Gallery is up a few flights of stairs and unfortunately has no disabled access.
